We are continuing conducting our workshops virtually and look forward to when we can all return to the theatre. We are working on offering some of our workshop sessions and shows online for patrons to enjoy.
The ACTORS FORUM THEATRE is a non profit that conducts workshops and productions at the Actors Forum Theatre in the Noho Arts District, and is celebrating 45 years of continuous productions. It is dedicated to those actors, writers ana directors who wish to explore their creative talents in their own unique way. We wish to offer all artists a place to experiment in a most fertile atmosphere, and thereby grow. We want to encourage women in all phases of theatre, and reach people who might otherwise not be reached. Several of our members have been with Audrey M. Singer’s Actors Forum Workshop since 1975. New younger members work together with senior actors who learn from each other.
This is one of the very few workshops in North Hollywood and throughout Los Angeles that allows actors to work on all aspects of their talent whether it be musical theatre, Neil Simon, Shakespeare, Mamet, folk singing, poetry, scene study, dramatic and comedic monologues, improv and variety arts; in a safe constructive atmosphere. A wonderful place where seasoned actors with professional working credits under their belt interact with younger and up and coming millennials.
